Caryn Evans is rock solid business person with a passion for radical humanity in the workplace. Her sense of humor and straight talk make her a force to remember.
Caryn has more than 33 years of management and leadership experience in a variety of industries. She recently completed a 24-year career at a Fortune 500 financial services company. During that time she worked in marketing and distribution doing strategic planning, project management, and coaching with professionals who sought to overcome performance plateaus.
Caryn's common sense approach to creativity, leadership and management resulted in an invitation to serve her company as an Executive Advisor to the CEO. Following that 18 month assignment, Caryn returned to coaching and consulting within her organization. She is considered a gifted leader, one who facilitates the discovery of wisdom within others. She is a frequent speaker on the topic of self-awareness and its importance in leading and managing profitable businesses.
Caryn and her associate, Sheryl C. Fancher regularly create workshops where professionals have the opportunity to identify their innate talents and learn how to create effective and satisfying businesses based on those gifts.
Caryn is president of Master Partners, LLC and an adjunct professor in the business department at Grand View College .
